| CD36 是一种跨膜糖蛋白，属于B类清道夫受体家族，广泛表达于巨噬细胞、脂肪细胞、心肌细胞、血小板等多种细胞表面。它的主要功能包括识别和转运长链脂肪酸（参与脂质代谢与能量供应）、介导巨噬细胞吞噬氧化低密度脂蛋白（oxLDL）从而促进泡沫细胞形成（动脉粥样硬化的关键步骤），同时在免疫应答中识别凋亡细胞和病原体。CD36 功能异常与脂代谢紊乱、胰岛素抵抗、心血管疾病及阿尔茨海默病等病理状态密切相关。 | |
