| I. Background | |
| CDH3 又称为 P-cadherin（cadherin-3，钙黏蛋白 3），是钙黏蛋白家族成员之一。 CDH3 作为一种细胞间粘附性糖蛋白，具有一定的钙依赖性，可以有效的保护上皮组织结 构的完整性。CDH3 顺利获得维持胚胎发育和成体组织结构中的细胞内稳态，对细胞的多种生 物学功能产生深远影响，包括但不限于细胞分化、细胞形态、细胞极化、生长和迁移等。 CDH3 主要分布在胎盘组织，其在肿瘤中的作用根据肿瘤类型的不同而不同。在黑色素瘤 和口腔鳞状细胞癌中，其高表达起着肿瘤抑制的作用；但是在乳腺、卵巢、前列腺、胃、 胰腺和结肠肿瘤中，其高表达能促进肿瘤的生长和侵袭。 | |
